We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your items to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be broken or not suitable for consumption (torn packaging, broken or moldy product or any other defect). Due to insanely high shipping costs we issue a store credit or gift card which you can use on your next purchase. If the product damage is due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to initiate a claim. If the damage is believed to have taken place after drop-off by the shipping carrier, we cannot except any responsibility.
