Store Pick-up

You can shop anytime and pick-up anytime that our store is open. We just need two hours to prepare your order.


Local Delivery

We deliver within 50 miles from our store and there is a $100 minimum purchase requirement for deliveries.

For orders received before 11 am, we deliver the same day. For orders received after the 11 am cut-off time, we deliver the next day.

There is a fixed delivery fee depending on your location: 0-10 miles $20, 10-20 miles $30, 20-30 miles $40, 30-40 miles $50, 40-50 miles $60.

We use a third party delivery service for all orders and there may be cases beyond our control where the delivery company may not have available transportation for a particular time window. In cases such as these, we do our best to either make the delivery ourselves or work with the third party company to make this delivery as close as possible to our promise date.

The distance from our location to yours is automatically calculated by the software that our ecommerce technology provider uses and hence we have to rely on the rates calculated by our technology infrastructure. Your actual driving distances may vary from what you our website suggests. Regardless of that, we will charge you the amount calculated at the checkout.

Currently, we are not offering a delivery service for 50+ miles or for small orders that are less than $100 in value. If you have a special event or emergency, please call us and let us know. We will still work with you to make a delivery happen but we are not making promises. Please also note that we need the total value of the merchandise being delivered to be no less than $100 and if any item that you ordered is missing in our inventory, we will need to add more items to your order to bring the total value to $100 or more. We apologize for this inconvenience but there are many unpredictable product supply shortages in the post-Covid era and this is limiting our ability to fulfill orders to your best specifications. 


National Shipping

We ship anywhere in the continental US using UPS or Fedex services.

In order to ensure product freshness, we ship orders on Mondays or Tuesdays (depending on your shipping zone) so that your box does not sit idle in a UPS/Fedex warehouse over the weekend. We ship all frozen or refrigerated products using dry ice or ice packs, and inside specially insulated containers to keep products within safe temperature zones. It is important for us to ensure your order is delivered in the best possible condition and therefore we need to take active measures in packing your temperature sensitive goods using specialty materials.

Please note even under best protective measures, if you are located in a state that requires more than two days to ship using ground services, we highly recommend that you choose another shipping method that will bring your order to you faster. According to UPS, the following states are within a 2-day delivery window using ground services: MA, NH, ME, VT, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, IN, OH, KY, WV, VA, NC, and SC. According to Fedex, the following states are within a 2-day delivery window using ground services: MA, NH, ME, VT, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, IN, OH, KY, WV, VA, NC, SC, IL, IN, MI and TN. 

Due to the surge in demand in the post-Covid era, logistics companies are seeing delays in service times and please be aware of this fact. We will always cover your losses for any problems that happen due to our fault and we will work with you to claim for damages that happen due to product mishandling or service delays during shipping but UPS and Fedex do not guarantee on-time delivery at this time. We realize that it is an awkward situation and we will be your partner in seeking a solution if any such delays or damages arise.



When your order is processed, we call or email you to notify you of its status regardless of its shipping method.


Refund Policy

We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your items to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be broken or not suitable for consumption (torn packaging, broken or moldy product or any other defect). Due to insanely high shipping costs we issue a store credit or gift card which you can use on your next purchase.
